BUILDING COMFORT ASSESSMENT AND ENERGY DIAGNOSIS

GENERAL COURSE OBJECTIVE*:

Introduction to and acquisition of basic concepts regarding the conceptual, methodological, and logistical tools required to establish diagnostics related to the topic.


LEARNING OBJECTIVES*:

This course focuses on the methods, techniques, and use of tools used to construct diagnostics and help develop decision-making options:

- Introduction to assessment and diagnostic methods;

- Introduction to simulation and modeling software.

ETUDES PREALABLES ET DIAGNOSTIC SELON LES PATHOLOGIES DU SYSTEME DE CONSTRUCTION

Introduction aux études préalables et ressources documentaires (sources écrites, cartographie, plans et levés, iconographie, ouvrages théoriques, rapports d'études et bibliographie, recherche documentaire).

Archéologie du sous-sol (Techniques de fouilles, analyse stratigraphique, technique de prélèvement, méthodes d'investigation et   d'interprétation)

Archéologie du bâti (Analyse stratigraphique et méthodes d'investigation et d'interprétation)

Techniques de relevé, de représentation graphique, de restitution et de simulation   (Relevés manuels, levés topographiques, photogrammétriques, photographiques et métro photographiques, dessin technique, stéréotomie, DAO et logiciel de restitution, photomontages,  images de synthèse)

Estimation et gestion des coûts (Etude de cas)
