Methodology is the foundation for any research in law schools. It helps students and researchers understand and analyse problems and texts accurately and objectively. To create a legal research paper a student must follow specific steps.
This course is divided in three sections, each section relating to the following:
Section one:
Introduction to the Lesson on Scientific Research Methodology in Legal Studies
Section two:
Methodology for Drafting Legal Documents
Section three:
Comprehensive Framework and Methodology for Academic Writing in Legal Studies

By the end of the lesson, the student
*should understand how to write and complete academic documents.
* as well as how to conduct research and studies in the legal field in English.
*The student must be proficient in the academic methodology for preparing legal research.

The student must be familiar with the principles of methodology and scientific research methods, such as the scientific methods in legal studies, including the descriptive method, the analytical method, and the comparative method.
