  • LESSON 1

    •   Matter  is made up of  particles. The way particles behave  defines the state of matter : solids, liquids and gases.

    • LESSON 2

      • Both physics and chemistry deal with matter. Physics focuses on how matter moves and ineteract. However, chemistry studies the composition of matter at the atomic level

    • LESSON 3

      • Conducting experiments  using hazardous chemicals in the laboratory requires  mainly proper use and maintenance of equipment  including   having the  right attitute in order to avoid any possible accident .

    • LESSON 4

    • LESSON 5

      • The toxic symbol is a pictogram  which often found on chemical products. They  are designed to alert danger and hazards  users may be exposed to. the information on labels should be read carefully so that the right precaution is taken

    • LESSON 6

      • Various products used in the house and the working environment could be hazardous. Thus, users must comply with a regulation called the Control of Substances Harmful to Health or COSHH that informs  what the hazard of the product is, how it may affect and  the necessary precautions  should be  taken

    • THE FOUR FUNDAMENTAL FORCES IN NATURE

    • Topic 11

      • Atoms are the basic building blocks of matter. Anything that takes up space and anything with mass is made up of atoms. An atom is a particle of matter that uniquely defines a chemical element.  It consists of a central nucleus that is surrounded by one or more negatively charged electrons. The nucleus is positively charged and contains one or more relatively heavy particles known as protons and neutrons.

Depending on their composition, the different chemical elements are represented and distinguished in the periodic table. Each of the elements has an atomic number and a mass number.

    • Topic 12

      • The orerall charge of An atom  is Zero. Once it  gives up or receives electrons,  it becomes ion. Ions can be either positively charged or negatively charged. When an atom loses electrons it becomes  Cation. However, when it gains electron  from any other atom  it  becomes  anion.

    • Topic 13

        • The Islamic Golden Age is traditionally dated from the mid-7th century to the mid13th century at which Muslim rulers established one of the largest empires in history .the Abbasid caliph of Baghdad, Abu Ja'far Abdullah al-Ma'mun, created the greatest centre of learning the world had ever seen, known as « Bayt al-Hikma », the House of Wisdom. The scientists and philosophers he brought together sparked a period of extraordinary discovery, in every field

    • Topic 14

        • Mathematics  is the science of relation and order. It helps to  understand and solve different kinds of problems in academic as well as in real life situations. Solving mathematical problems is  regarded as the best brain exercise.

    • TEST 2ND Semester

      • Students are kindly asked to click and answer the questions

    • Topic 16

      • light and sound is everywhere. Light is a form of energy we can see when it is reflected off the surface of an object. Sound is a mechanical vibration that can pass through matter
